Cherrydale Farms Fundraising respects your privacy and appreciates the confidential nature of your personal information. When you use our “send to a friend” email program to help with a fundraising event for your school or group, we will need to collect certain information from you in order to attribute credit to you and your group for online purchases, and to administer the contest described in this policy. We offer an “Instant Win Promotion” as a reward for those who participate in the “send to a friend” email program. This policy describes the kind of information we collect online, and the manner in which we will use and protect the confidentiality of such information, in accordance with the federal Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. It will also define what prizes are being rewarded during the “Instant Win Promotion” and how they will be distributed to winners.

Participation To Win the Instant Win Promotion:
No purchase is necessary in order to participate in the Cherrydale Fundraising Instant Win Promotion. Accordingly, purchases from the Cherrydale.com Web site - irrespective of their number or size - will not increase your chances of winning the promotion. A minimum of 5 emails entered into your “send to a friend” email account will automatically enter you in the contest. After sending your minimum of 5 emails, you will be immediately notified if you have won a prize. While an unlimited number of individuals may enter the contest, there will be up to 40 total winners through December 31, 2011. This promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 Continental States and Hawaii who are at least 13 years of age. Parents may enter and participate on behalf of their children under the age of 13. This contest shall be void as to entrants located outside the 48 Continental States and Hawaii. There is no limits as to the number of times a qualified individual can enter and win. All winners will be required to confirm the authenticity and validity of the minimum 5 email addresses entered before the prize is officially awarded by June 30, 2012. The Instant Win game will end once all of the 40 prizes have been awarded. The promotion will be removed from the Web site once all prizes have been awarded.

Collecting Your Personal Information:
By participating in the Instant Win Promotion, Cherrydale Fundraising collects your first name, last name, email address, group number and any additional email addresses you may provide.Ý We gather this data in order to attribute credit for all Web site purchases made to you and your community group or school.Ý We may also use your personal information in order to verify that you have received your prize if you are a winner.

In addition, when you visit our Web site, we will automatically collect information regarding your use. Currently, this is done using "cookies" - small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computerís hard drive and relayed back to our servers. Cherrydale Fundraising will not share the information collected from you with any third party for purposes of marketing information to you, your family or friends.
