Simple, Effective Fundraising

• Start by completing the Fundraiser Contact Form to get started.
• You will immediately be e-mailed by Cherrydale verifying receipt of your inquiry
• A Cherrydale representative will be in contact within 24 hours. Please note: Cherrydale’s sales force is national, consisting primarily of former educators and parent group members whose sole mission is to make sure that you maximize your profits with a minimum of disruption. We recognize groups are different, and have different needs. At Cherrydale, we make sure those individual needs are met.
• Select the Product Line you will be selling. (Interested in two brochures? No problem. Restrictions do apply)
• Packets for your entire organization will be sent, including product brochures, order forms, prize programs (when applicable), envelopes, and one federal express envelope to send your order forms back to Cherrydale with.
• Start of Sale- all members of your organization need to know the start date and end date of your sale.
• Money collections- we highly recommend that you collect money as you take the orders. By doing it this way, you ensure all collections and you will not find yourselves collecting money two months later.
• End of Sale- collect all order forms from your members and send it to Cherrydale in a pre-addressed envelope.
• Orders are tabulated by Cherrydale within 4 days of receipt, giving our customers immediate access to all data pertaining to their password protected account. See what each member sold, who the top sellers were per class or team. All information is available through Cherrydale’s CRIS system, giving you access 24/ 7.
• Orders are individually packaged by student, and grouped with other members of their class/team. This makes distribution very simple.
• If you have a desired delivery date, let your salesperson or customer service representative know. We require approximately 3 weeks to deliver your order.
• Before your order is ready to ship, you will receive a call to let you know your order is ready to be shipped out. A delivery date will also be given. (unless you request a different one) If the delivery date does not work for you, please let us know and we will deliver on the date requested.
