Where do I find Market Place and Cookie Dough items?
Due to the shelf life and the cost to ship these products overnight, all Market Place and Cookie Dough products have been excluded from our online site. However, schools that would like to order other products online may do so. Your organization and students will receive credit for purchases and incentives! Please submit your group ID number when ordering. Thank You!

Where is the site located?
Visit the Cherrydale Web site (http://www.cherrydale.com) at the top or bottom of each page find the words: "Shop Online" click and you will go to the page and shop till ya drop! That's it!

How does this site work?
Choose a category from the main section of our (SHOP ONLINE) button, and you can browse through our on-line categories to see the products we offer. When you see an item you would like to purchase, click the "BUY IT NOW” button. You will be able to view a summary of your order currently in your shopping basket. Click "Continue Shopping" to return to the product listing.

At any time while you are shopping you may click on "View Cart" and you will be provided with a summary of your order. This screen allows you to change quantities of products ordered. When you finish your shopping, choose the "Checkout" option. At this point we ask you to register before continuing if this is your first time shopping on our site. We request this information so we are able to contact you if we have questions regarding your order, as well as for your convenience when you return to this site. Privacy is very important to Cherrydale; we do not sell contact information to any outside agencies. Upon registering, we request your name, e-mail, phone number, and mailing address. For your convenience you may create password information. This will allow you to by-pass the registration information on return visits. Please choose a password that is easily remembered (example, pet's name, etc). Once registered, please provide the school id number and the name of the student that you would like to receive credit. (Prize credits will only be awarded within that school's fundraising sale dates; however, schools can earn profits throughout the year.) Next you need to provide shipping information and shipping method, and the following screen will request your credit card information. Lastly, you will see a summary of your order showing all products ordered, billing and shipping information, and all shipping and handling fees applicable to your order. After reviewing, click on the "Continue" button to place your order. Confirmation of the order, an order number will be displayed.

What will it cost our school?
Direct shopping does not cost your school or group anything. Your success is directly related to your time and energy in getting the word out to friends, relatives, and neighbors. Shopping thru the Cherrydale site IS ALL there is to it.

How do I credit the school and/or student with my purchases?
After you have completed your purchases, you will be directed to the "checkout" process. During this time you will be asked for the school ID number, and student name option (for prize credit). The percent profit of your product sales will reflect the program your group has selected and will be credited automatically.

Can I order by the school's name if I do not have the school ID number?
Yes, please check the on-line school locator, or you may call your school or organization's chairperson for the ID number. School ID locator is in the SELLER’S LOGIN.

How does my child get credit for orders placed on-line?
Your child will only get credit for the products that are purchased during his/her school sale. A sale summary may be printed out at the end of the sale which will reflect all orders placed online on their behalf. Simply print out summary page (SELLER’S LOGIN), fill in updated prize level and staple to your NCR order form (Brochure order form). All prizes will then be packed with order and shipped to school. In some cases incentives/levels will be manually updated.

Do products ordered ship directly to the customer or the school?
All products (except magazines) ordered on the web-site will ship to the customer; however, you have the option to change the shipping address during checkout if you would prefer to ship it elsewhere. Also, all magazine orders will be submitted and processed online. No vouchers will be sent to customer.

How do you use my registration information?
We use your registration information to confirm that your order has shipped, and we are also able to contact you with questions regarding your order. Privacy is very important to Cherrydale; we DO NOT sell any information to outside agencies.

Do you ship orders Internationally?
No, Cherrydale will ship orders anywhere within the continental 48 states.

When will I receive my order?
From the time it is placed, it will take approximately 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a shipping verification e-mail to track your order!

If the school's sale is over, can I still buy products on-line?
Cherrydale will credit schools for purchases made on-line during the sale dates; and throughout the year.

How long will the on-line catalog be available?
The catalog will remain open until mid-January. It will then be available for other products such as Easter, Passover and special occasion events!

Why does Cherrydale not Place all products it makes on this "direct to home" web site?
Cherrydale designs and manufactures hundreds of items, under numerous brand names. We have found that "direct to home" shopping works best when website offerings are selected from only top customer choices that will arrive via UPS and FEDEX shipping on time and in great condition. All Cherrydale printed catalog products are shipped on our own trucking to schools, hence we can ensure proper handling. Direct to home via parcel services presents challenges for our valued patrons regarding rough handling of our products. All buy direct selections must pass strict drop tests to be included online. Over 90% of our catalog offerings are online.

Does Cherrydale accept phone orders for these items or other products that may appear on print catalogs?
Sorry, at this time we can only accept phone orders from active sponsors with existing fundraising programs. No end customer orders can be placed direct via phone.
